2026 Meeting Schedule

FL State Statute 720

Per Florida State Statute 720, the Board may not publish minutes until they have been approved at a noticed meeting. That may mean there is a couple of months’ delay before minutes are posted. We encourage all owners to attend meetings, and we do our best to keep the website and newsletters up-to-date for all owners.

Pick Up After Your Dog

Remember, dogs must be kept on leashes at all times. Please abide by this rule for the safety of your dog, your neighbors, and your neighbors’ dogs. Even a friendly dog could endanger a child on a bike or scooter, and don’t forget to pick up after your dog.

Do Not Feed Wildlife

It has been brought to our attention that some Deer Hollow residents have been observed feeding wildlife. Here in Florida, it is illegal to feed Manatees, sandhill cranes, Raccoons, foxes, and Alligators.

Painting Your Home?

If you are considering painting the exterior of your house any color other than the original, you must first receive approval from the Modification Committee. If you are interested in reviewing the approved Deer Hollow colors, don’t hesitate to get in touch with the Board of Directors or the Modification Committee, or see the Construction Guidelines for specific details.
